At CanPath Solutions, we value transparency and fairness in all our client relationships. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which payments may be refunded or services canceled.
All consultation, processing, and service fees paid to CanPath Solutions are for the time, expertise, and administrative support provided by our team. These fees are non-refundable once the service process has begun, as resources and professional time are allocated immediately upon engagement.
Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to sajida@canpathsolutions.ca
within 7 business days of the original payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
Please note: Refunds are not provided if applications are denied, delayed, or refused by government bodies, educational institutions, or funding agencies, as these decisions are beyond our control.
Clients may request cancellation of services before the initiation of any application or processing. In such cases, an administrative charge may be deducted to cover consultation and handling fees. Once work on your application has started, cancellations are not permitted.
Any payments made directly to government authorities, colleges, or third-party institutions (such as visa fees, tuition fees, or examination charges) are non-refundable and outside the scope of CanPath Solutions’ refund policy.
CanPath Solutions reserves the right to revise this Refund & Cancellation Policy as necessary. Updates will be posted on our websites with a new effective date.
